I don’t know what the heck happened today! But it won’t happen again! As this post is titled, there has been and will be many changes to come forth. Today’s event was pathetic, worse event of the war, and almost cost us the war. Chat can be very entertaining on SWAT, but it is often innappropriate and vulgar. It almost reminds me of UMA a few years back. The vulgarity shown up chat is something I believed help UMA and even DW back for years. Armies has slowly migrated to becoming more curtious and aware of the younger aged people who play clubpenguin and come on chat. Hey I am not trying to go all nun like on you and ban swearing, but we need to stop it or limit it to a very minimal on chat. And during events, I do not want to see swearing.
Next I would like to talk about recruiting. SWAT has struggled with this recently. Yes we have been getting the occassional recruit, but not where we should be. I want to see everyone recruiting! We will have recruitng events on CP and on xats, to make sure everyone is recruiting. Failure to do so will result in demotions.
Also I was brought into army in semi-cahotic time. So I have noticed many leaders, retired leaders, and fired leaders getting into really heated debates. Yes there is a lot of tension in the army right now, but main chat is not the place to do it. So take arguments to another chat, or pc each other. The heated debates cause an unhealthy chat atmosphere that pretty much no one wants to be apart of, especially the new recruits, that we are barely hanging onto.
As some of you may or may or may not know, RPF is no longer helping their allies. That means we are on our own and DW is not going to hold back. There is no need to get discouraged about this, being that originally it was a 1v1 war, so it’s time to pull ourselves together and finish this war that we are in.
If we get our act together soon, I’m planning on holding some competitions that will allow SWAT members to wins some xats, powers, and possibly a Club Penguin membership!
Lastly we will be fixing the ranks, so we will have an active count to see who is actually in the army. The Leaders will determine if you should keep your rank based on performance in the army over the last few weeks. If you are not ranked yet comment anyway and say you need a rank.
