Attention, agents!

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) have faced injustice against one of its allies—the Scars of Club Penguin. As a result, SWAT is now in a state of war.

The Scars of Club Penguin is a newly-opened army. SWAT allied with the army assuming it will only do us good. We do not wish to have any long-term beef between the armies. However, the Templars are enacting as a Templars proxy. We have discovered that the Scars have sent land to the Templars, presumably because their leader is a Templar staff member. The Templars also declared the Scars as a protectorate. We were appalled to hear that a decent army leader is a Templar staff member. The Templars and the Scars entered negotiations of protecting land, too. The People’s Imperial Confederation is sending its troops as well, meaning the Scars are coming up with a plan. We do not appreciate an army joining forces with the most disgraceful and disliked armies of the army community. Moreover, the Scars have repeatedly been disrespectful to our allies. The Scars have also shown favoritism by endorsing Templar affairs, neglecting those of their allies. As a consequence, we are now in the position of declaring war against them.

❤️ We do not feel that the Scars deserve this. We do not wish to look down on them, we do like their community. However, we do not accept this strategy of theirs.

It is on the 21st day of August 2024, the Special Weapons and Tactics army of Club Penguin hereby declares an official state of war against the Scars of Club Penguin, titled “The Weeknd’s Wish”.

We also officially conclude our alliance with the Scars.

War Terms

1. Involvement of troops not enlisted in either army is not allowed. Meaning, allies are not allowed. Visitors to an army are not allowed either. Therefore, this is a 1V1 war.
2. No dual-enlists from the time of this declaration can participate in the war.
3. Withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form, such as withdrawing from the server map or the CPA league, shutting the army down, failing to attend 3 battles in a row, and so on, will constitute a forfeit of the war.
4. Following this declaration, armies may not merge into another army until the war concludes. Any merge during the war will be considered invalid.
5. Following this declaration, armies may not transfer land to another army until the war concludes. Any transfer of land during the war will be considered invalid. This means that all lands are locked.
6. The losing or forfeiting army must accept the terms of a force treaty imposed by the winning force.
7. All invasions of this war must be held on the Club Penguin Army Battleground (CPAB) Club Penguin private server (CPPS). This means that the use of other private servers or games is prohibited in this war.
8. Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
9. Violation of any rules of the Club Penguin Army Battleground game will constitute a forfeit from the war.
10. Multilogging is strictly prohibited.
11. This is a map war. Therefore, all Club Penguin Armies (CPA) army league map rules apply.
12. No loopholes can be made to the terms of this war declaration.

We anticipate that this war will last only one battle, in pursuit of invading Southern Lights. Fortunately, we will help Scars get off the map, something they wanted. We request all agents to attend the battle.
