The 15th Anniversary Week

Greetings, agents!

On June 30th, 2024, SWAT officially launches its 15th Anniversary Week, commencing an eventful occasion. During the week, Agents will observe an event of amusing activities and special events!

Anniversary Week 2024 is an eventful period of immense activity! This event is annual, and this year it starts with a bang. The week shall end with an event on Club Penguin Army Battleground at which former SWAT troops and staff members will be invited. We are looking forward to making this occasion wholesome! July 7th, 2024 will be observed as SWAT’s 15th Anniversary!

Information, daily drops, and incentives can be accessed using the /anniversary slash command in our Discord server! You can also use this command as a static, message-based command.

Additionally, we will try to ensure that the bot faces zero downtime during the anniversary week!

SWAT Music Board

SWAT is brewing up something special behind the scenes. To make that secret mission complete, we request you to submit your favorite music and songs to our Discord server! The submissions are to be sent to the #swat-music-board channel. You will find out the brewing surprise in one of our daily drops!

Daily Drops

Starting immediately, drops will be automatically rolled out daily. These drops can be accessed using the anniversary command. We encourage you to stay tuned for daily drops. Daily Drops will be inaccessible after July 8.

What does this mean? Every day a drop will automatically appear in the anniversary command at midnight UTC.

The Grand Finale of the Week

To conclude the Anniversary Week, an event will be held on July 7. For this event, we have sent 41 special invitations to former SWAT staff members, and more to former troops and other members of the army community. We are expecting sizes of over 20 at this event, which is double our usual size. Upon reaching this size, we shall be able to classify the event as successful.

We expect great participation from everyone during this special occasion. We possess the willingness and readiness to make this a successful event. With everyone’s cooperation, let us make this one of the most amusing and historical events of SWAT!

Four Years of Awesomeness

Greetings! I am Fun X Time, formerly and popularly known as Krill 300. This post is being written to define my fourth year of awesomeness. You heard it right.

I describe the glorious years with You, Ganger90, Coolguy, Sweater, Sammie, Sophie, Lego, Mare, Aubz, Ethan, L90, William, Aisha, and I.

Ganger90, Coolguy, Sweater, Sammie, and Sophie

I joined SWAT on June 15, 2020 in the evening when Ganger90 recruited me. I was developing my Club Penguin private server (CPPS) named Club Penguin Deck, and got Ganger to bribe me for having an event on my beautiful CPPS. Coolguy was the first to welcome me when I joined! The size of our Discord server was less than 300. Sorry for intervening your conversation, Sweater! I pass my deepest gratitude to Sweater, Sammie, and Sophie, though. They were the first to welcome me. It did not seem that anyone felt I would become a leader soon, except Dwain. When I joined, I almost threatened to leave the server, wondering if it was a good army!

The only picture taken of my DMs with Ganger90 when I was being recruited. I certainly did not trust him then!

A glimpse of me advertising my CPPS, though xfastx tried to stop me!

Subsequently, Sweater sent me a friend request. Meantime, I showed my love to Carl-bot because it was one I loved in the early days. Now my favorites are Dyno and Sapphire!

Lego, Mare and Aubz

Here is what happened. I was talking in a chat once, and saw a person named Legoman getting an instant promotion to leadership. I had acquainted him for a few days and was confused how he managed to get leadership in less than a month! Following this, I eventually saw Mare to the leadership. I never realized she was ever promoted. The same case was with Aubz. I must agree, Lego, Mare, and Aubz had certainly shaped my future! I pass my gratitude to them.

I was promoted to Second-in-Command by Mare in 2021. It was a historic moment. Time flied very quickly, and by 2021 I learnt to lead events.

Ethan, L90, William, Aisha, and Coolguy

By the end of 2022, I couldn’t participate much as there weren’t much AUSIA events. However, I did get a chance and was nominated in the elections. I was Leader-in-Training by now, but was later demoted. In the first 15 days of March 2023, I failed to send a single message in SWAT. I had announced a temporary leave due to my annual examinations. Ethan, L90, and William were quite influential. Aisha, too, was one great leader.

When Coolguy retired, he said that I am the future and I will need to step up and put in more effort. This was the turning point. And, I am certainly grateful to Coolguy, as well as others for their cooperation.

Me and You

The greatest time period I have been in. The support you all have been giving is of utmost value. World War IX had hit us. SWAT failed to rejuvenate with its current leadership. In late June 2024, a went into a ridiculous argument with Sweater. Certainly, I admit I should have not deleted some custom roles! However, Legoman did not want to see me go. Fwapo enters the scene. At around 8 o’ clock in the evening, he messages me stating that I will eventually return. This will made me realize that I must.

Here I am! I am now a leader! I was promoted to Leader-in-Training again by Ganger90 at the Trick or Treat Tournament in October 2023. And, on November 15, 2023, I was promoted to leader after leading an event by Legoman. Fwapo and Bull Hour joined in the leadership an hour later, too! It was a glorious moment. It proved my work, and insisted me to continue the efforts.

SWAT Allies With the Squids

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) cherishes the value of alliances. Invited to form a friendly circle, SWAT accepts an alliance with the Squids of Club Penguin.

Squids of Club Penguin (SCP) is a new army in Club Penguin armies led by JoelFreak and Toxic Storm. The two leaders have assisted SWAT a lot in the past, and having their army allied to SWAT was certainly considered virtuous by all our staff members. Yesterday, SWAT assisted the Squids at their opening event, helping them achieve their highest concurrent participation count (“max”) of 10.

As a gift to this friendship, SWAT presents a beautiful banner designed just for the alliance. We proudly welcome the Squids to our board of partnerships. We look forward to a brighter and stronger future with them, promising that both sides fuel each other’s satisfaction.

Declaration of the Solution: Resolution War

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) has been bothered by this former ally who has only given a grain in exchange for our courtesy, aid, and wisdom. As a consequence, SWAT is now in a state of war.

Synopsis

The Dark Pirates of Club Penguin (DPCP), popularly abbreviated as DPC or just DP, has been overly competitive in the community, supporting its other allies. They have neglected the support SWAT provided them with. Other allies of this target had not contributed to their ally as much as SWAT had the Dark Pirates are also known for sending war plans against innocent armies such as the Winged Hussars (WH) in public chats. This diplomacy is unacceptable to us. While we progress to create friendly relations with the Hussars, the Dark Pirates might hinder the pathway.

Revision of Relationship

SWAT has supported the Dark Pirates with sizes, even immediately before times of battle. This alliance was short-lived. However, other allies of the Dark Pirates were even shorter. SWAT also sent large extracts of useful Discord bot code to help resource the DPC Discord Bot, especially event-related commands. Furthermore, even after the alliance concluded, Ganger90 and Legoman from SWAT repeatedly showed their love to DPC. Ganger90 used to send “DPC” in the chat, motivating other DPC troops. Legoman was helping the Dark Pirates by aiming to get Pirate of the Week. After all this, DPC concluded the alliance by hiding the truth. The Dark Pirates claim that they want neutral relationships with SWAT. However, this is not plausible; they send tactics against SWAT. Under DPC’s new leadership, the army was no longer shrewd with its diplomacy.

The Truth: Later, it turned out that the Dark Pirates finished the alliance to “gain more attention in the army society”.

Dark Pirates, breaking the alliance to seek attention certainly did not work out! The other person in the conversation is unknown.

DPC executing tactics to portray hate against SWAT. Wasn’t the army relationship supposed to be neutral after the alliance terminated?

Why are the Dark Pirates inciting hate against SWAT when a special discussion about their 1st anniversary is occurring? This is the army’s anniversary, cherish it with positivity!

Why terminate a brilliant alliance to fuel another ally’s satisfaction? The Dark Pirates lack fraternity.

War reason in short: Hateful tactics against SWAT; unfairly using SWAT as an ally, giving a grain in exchange for great support; breaking alliance because they wanted more attention in the army community.

It is on the 9th day of June 2024, the Special Weapons and Tactics army of Club Penguin hereby declares an official state of war against the Dark Pirates, titled “Solution: Resolution”.

War Terms

Involvement of troops not enlisted in either army is not allowed. Meaning, allies are not allowed. Visitors to an army are not allowed either. Therefore, this is a 1V1 war.
Withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form, such as withdrawing from the server map or the CPA league, shutting the army down, failing to attend 3 battles in a row, and so on, will constitute a forfeit of the war.
Following this declaration, armies may not merge into another army until the war concludes. Any merger during the war will be considered invalid.
Following this declaration, armies may not transfer land to another army until the war concludes. Any transfer of land during the war will be considered invalid. Meaning, all lands are locked.
The losing or forfeiting army in this conflict must accept the terms of a force treaty imposed by the winning force.
All scheduled invasions within this war must be scheduled on the Club Penguin Army Battleground (CPAB) Club Penguin private server (CPPS). Use of other private servers or games is prohibited in this war.
Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
Violation of any rules of the Club Penguin Army Battleground game will constitute a forfeit from the war.
This is a map war. Therefore, all Club Penguin Armies (CPA) army league map rules apply.

“It is not to my surprise that we have not been consistent enough over the course of the few months. I have been assigned leadership for helping SWAT rise back. SWAT fell in 2023, and this task is not just mine to bring it back. We try to incorporate enjoyable events, but it requires cooperation from you. We do request you to pursue attending events priority, as well as helping out others to do the same. We want you to have a loyal spirit in yourself and make SWAT feel like home, not obligation. You are not being obligated to do something, you are being given an opportunity to do something.”

2. Concluding Season 6

Season 6 might have been too difficult for some. Since no one could complete all the missions, we selected the one who had the most progress, in percentage. Please congratulate Fun X Time for making the most progress. They are now the Agent of the Month.

3. Introducing Season 7

The Puffle Party caught the eyes of many. We now introduce you to Season 7: Culture Drive, where we embrace qualities of one another and accept differences, while we continue our exploration of new experiences.

On Sunday, May 19th, 2024, an unseen, peculiar character was found interacting in SWAT’s general chat. Unaware of what it was, some people began fostering relationships with it. This character was the SWAT AI Discord Bot!

SWAT AI is a new Discord bot that fits in pairs with the SWAT Discord Bot. Shapes, Inc. powers this Discord bot and operates on llama 3 instruct. We may change the AI engine to OpenAI GPT-4o very soon. We have been consistently training the chatbot with knowledge related to SWAT Bot, and have also put plenty of security measures in place, including CPA diplomacy protection. The chatbot has engaged many agents since its arrival. It seems that it has fit into the community very well!

5. The Pride Month

It is June! We wish a happy pride month to those who celebrate it! SWAT has respected the LGBTQIA+ community for several years, and we will continue the same practice. In view of this joyous event, we have also set up a new Discord server avatar, an age-old tradition we have been following.

6. New Exclusive SWAT CPAB Background

SWAT will officially publish its own Club Penguin Army Battleground (CPAB) background that you can use on your profile in-game! The background can be added to your inventory by using the !ai 50036 command in the game. You can also use the !army SWAT command and add it to your inventory. Using the !army SWAT command will automatically make you equip the background in-game.

Feedback about the background is appreciated. Any change in the background will reflect all players possessing the background item!

7. Second Division Tournament

In March 2024, the SWAT Corporation administered its first division tournament, Radiant Rivalry. This month, too, we plan to host a division tournament. This month will see a more rejuvenated division tournament, with opportunities to host practice battles and training events.

8. SWAT Discord Bot Updates

Recently, the SWAT Discord Bot underwent several changes, most of which concern the SWAT Corporation. These changes have been highlighted in this article.

The staff command has been reworked. Staff members now have access to an expanded panel of controllers and subcommands.
The Bot Staff Leveling system has been implemented. Privileges of staff members are now determined by their rank in the bot, which corresponds to a number. The ranks are None (0), Helper (1), Moderator (2), Administrator (3), Developer (4). This has greatly improved security while making it easier to control staff.
Event countdowns have been reworked.
Event mapping systems have been reworked.
Staff salaries are now being paid out to members of the SWAT Corporation.
The feedback command has been added. Anonymous feedback is also supported and can be achieved using the slash command variant.
The help command has been reworked.
SWAT Bot’s logging system has been enhanced.
SWAT Bot’s status has been slightly updated.
Minor bug fixes have taken place.

Please note that a few issues concerning the economy, particularly the shop and the items, will be attended to as soon as possible. We discourage you from accessing the shop during this time. If you face any issues anyway, please let us know. We will refund any amount that has been incorrectly removed.
