Over the course of the years, I’ve learned many things. Things that I will pass on so others can learn. What I learned and used in the CP Army Community came down to these simple points: Faith, Commitment, Intelligence, Love.
Faith
You will never go anywhere without first believing in yourself and in your potential. The moment you fall into a dark hole is the moment you push yourself harder. You push until you see the light at the end of the tunnel. And trust me, the rewards pay off. I remember when I led CPST, which was one of the greatest orange armies back in 2009/2010. However, it fell and almost died off. 3 months of pure agony past and we didn’t know if we could even make it back. But we did. We reached 8th in the Top 10, moved up to 5th and then merged with GW to make what used to be the most powerful army, Golden Troops. If I stopped believing in my army, GT would have never formed and so many things would change. I wouldn’t even be writing this right now. Remember never to give in without giving a bitter fight.
Commitment
This has to be one of the obvious points. You never ever choose another army over yours. Unless you have some master plan, you shouldn’t be quitting on your army and leaving it in the wind. Commitment and Faith go hand in hand, both supporting one another. Combined, and your will cannot be broken. Hell, I’d give a medal to whoever can break my will. A moment I could pick was when I was leading GT and they were doing pretty good for it’s infancy. Right there, I was forming my career. And people began to take notice. So my friend, who has now left CP Armies, asked me to lead his 1st Ranked Medium Army. And did you think I took it? Yes I did. I wasn’t going to leave that opportunity pass. It became hard to juggle those two armies but I could deal with it. One day, my friend decided to declare war on GT and even rounded up smaller armies to fight us, claiming we were evil. Guess what I did. I left that army and fought back for GT. And we took them all down. No one remembers this of course because it happened in 1 day. But hey, commitment is commitment. And it’s something you should and need to have.
Intelligence
Well, being smart isn’t easy. Trust me. A lot of us worked hard to be learn what we needed to learn. And you don’t have to be the greatest genius of all time. No. All you need to know is learn from your past mistake. Look at what you did wrong and remember never to repeat it again. And I find so many people repeating their mistakes, and while they fail, I take their weaknesses and exploit them. No, it’s not harsh. It’s a push so that they can take their head out of their ass and begin to learn why they’re failing. Some people think typing like dis on chat iz prety cool. No. Grammar is a sign of intelligence and I will never take you serious if you speak with that kind of grammar. You’ll never get handed a high owner rank with that kind of typing. Because bad grammar becomes a habit and it begins to change your thoughts and then your own character. And CP Armies do influence your life in the long run. I’ll never forget all my mistakes I’ve done here. And it’ll truly help me on my way to success.
Love
The most important trait to a great leader must be his ability to love things. Even if your stupid, have barely any commitment and no faith, loving things will get you back on track. And people will respect you. If you’re some mean as***ole who no one likes in armies, you will definitely never get anywhere. People will despise you, no one will want to join you and you’ll certainly quit early in armies. This is why Love has to be stuck in your mind at all times. Treat your army, friends, and even your enemies as family. Never turn anyone down no matter how dumb they are. I cannot stress how important this is. Accept it and I promise you’ll go far.
I always like to think of myself as a person who spread faith, pride and love into the people who I met. Definitely in GT. I never was the “Destroy your enemy” kind of leader. I knew that it wouldn’t do any good. Why destroy somebody’s dreams? It’s not moral and it’s definitely not going to help out your own cause. But the world is corrupt now and I guess you must do what you must do in order to survive. (This relates to Order 9096, which it’s details will be revealed after the war ends.)
My Achievements:
Have 4-5 years of CP Army Expierence
Led GT to 1st (1 time), 2nd (2 times) and 3rd (3 times).
Led a total of 3 armies to it’s debut of 3rd or higher.
Never gave up on CPST after 3 months of max sizes of 4.
I have a whole lot more achievements but I feel that these are the most memorable. And now, SWAT, you’re added to my list of great memories. How much fun it was to be able to be a part of a rising Underdog. How awesome it was to meet people with different ideas and morals.
S.W.A.T:
Blizzard: You’re a pretty good leader when it comes down to the battlefield. Remember our little secrets? My ability to do this certain thing, and your ability with websites Great times man, I’ll miss leading and laughing with you.
Codycat: I always thought that you’d be the next leader of S.W.A.T. I don’t know what happened to you and where you went, but I hope you could return to your own ways.
Cul: IMPOSTER. Lol, you were always fun and carefree but when it came down to a serious situation, you were serious. Come back to S.W.A.T, we need you now more than ever.
Thanks to all the men and women I met here in S.W.A.T. I really wish I got to know more of you, people like Awesome, Microsoft, Deliburger, and everybody else I met. I wish you the best of luck and continue to dream big.
Golden Troops/ CPST:
Tristin: You seriously have a vast storage of knowledge that you refuse to show to the world. I’m glad I was able to tap into it, and see who you really were. Good luck being alone in the caves, but remember, Jerry will always be with you. (under ur bed)
Ederan: I remember when I recruited you into the army. I just know that if I didn’t do that, you wouldn’t be having the success that you are now. So when you get your army to be Number 1, remember the man who started it all
Tap Dancer: Oldies who lead together, retire together. I’m glad you were able to lead GT without any of the original leader’s help (before Serc came in). See you in retirement island, old wise friend.
Kludd and Aaddog: You two are like complete opposites, but in my mind, you’re the same. Both are hard workers and both can excell on whatever they put their minds on. Good job and good luck.
Adster: LET’S GO METS. 28-22 for now, Post Season in their future No but you were a great friend and I’ll never forget the times in CPST, GT, and now SWAT.
Sora: Even though I was a bit mad at you for hacking GT, you reminded me of a young me but then you developed into something else and then I changed my mind :p but you’re a genius and use your mind to create the World’s best software.
Memorable People
Ganger90- Holy shitnitz apple sticks. Look at where you are now. Leading S.W.A.T to Number 1, challenged ACP and won (at times). I remember I used to mentally compete with you with our speeches in GT. I think you won that one. I’ll never forget your ways of leading, how commanding you can be, how much respect your troops give to you. You still have a whole lot left in you, and you might just be the next Boomer (No, not for being old, but for leading the largest army). Thanks for saving CPST while it was down, I don’t think I’d be writing this without you. You taught me a whole lot of stuff, and I thank you for that. I’ll be transferring the website over to you, unless you want it to be in my possession for security reasons. If it’s in that case, you know my real email, number and address in case you need to contact me.
(More to come)
I count myself lucky to have followed the path that I took. Doing so, I was able to do this:
or this
And this
I’m glad to be apart of all that has happened to me. So this is it, the end of my road. The end of my journey. Remember me as Jerry, the man who tried, the man who loved and most importantly….
