A Deep Look Into Poppy’s Grandson

HOO RAH! – Legoman

Legoman, Most commonly known as SWAT’s Greatest Leader, a SWAT Godfather and SWAT’s 71st Commander by many, with numerous badges to show! He currently is Legend in 6 armies, including SWAT, PIC, Island Invaders, Skateboarders, Magma Clan and LMA. He has won Best S/M Leader, Best Org Head, Best Allied Leader from Templars, Class Clown, POTY Runner up in 2022 and 2023, Biggest Ego, Sarbinger Of Chaos, Biggest Personality, Arbiter of Anarchy, Best Ally From PIC, And Best Leader. He is also the first SWAT Godfather to be inducted in the CPPS Era. Some people could say he is a Club Penguin Legend with the amount of hard work he has done for many armies. He is loved by most and can be a little vocal about topics, the man is a legend. But in today’s post, we get to talk to the man of the hour! In this post, you will get to learn more about Legoman and his accomplishments, stories and much more.

Both photos show SWAT shining proudly on Club Penguin with the help of Legoman.

Photo of Legoman’s army unironically called “LEGOMAN ARMY” or LMA for short.

If you didn’t know, Lego has been in more armies than you can count on your fingers and has had a lot to SWAT in the past 3 years. This man worked so hard for SWAT to still have us here. Not saying he is the only reason, but he is a major reason of SWATs rise in 2021 and helping to win 2 wars in 2023. Another major thing he has done is lead SWAT to #1 Twice after 7 years of not doing so. It’s not an easy task to do these days with big armies emerging.

SWAT achieving #1 for the first time in 7 years.

Interview Time with Legoman
We talked to Lego to ask him about his club penguin time and SWAT. Here is what he replied to us.

ggogle: Hello Legoman! I am here to interview you about your time with SWAT! I have just a couple questions for you if you would like to answer. When did you join Club penguin and the Armies? Any experiences that made you join?

Lego: I joined on Club Penguin Armies on March 16, 2020 via CPO when I saw the Light Troops my user was TalhaIsDad and UncleC123. I thought they looked cool at the Iceberg. I wasn’t extremely active as I was prioritizing working out with my brother and playing LEGO games on my Wii. Eventually, I got into a VC in Dark Warriors on CPArmies.net where I was shown how to use the new CPPS. This was especially entertaining considering my intention was to troll and get banned. If I correctly recall they were led by Julia, Megann, Spotty and Noa during this time. I enjoyed my time there until I was troop-stolen into the Ice Warriors through there. Ice Warriors leadership consisted of Regan, Flamez64, Alexandra, Madhav2 and Ben. Ironically enough my first event on CPArmies.net was a practice battle between the Ice Warriors and Dark Warriors, funny how that worked out. I would eventually create my own army known as LEGOMAN ARMY HOO RAH! to obtain name-glow on CPArmies.net, and thus my unquenchable desire for publicity began.

A photo of Lego joining Light Troops in 2020.

If you didn’t know, Legoman made LMA, but not only him it was made with Cassie and Ninja’s Help created July 29th, 2020, and lasted until October of 2020. LMA was for the jokes and reached a top max of 32 and this showed Lego could lead with his own army (with the help of his buddies.)

Various photos of LMA in its Prime

ggogle: Very interesting! When did you join SWAT and what made you join?

Lego: I joined SWAT on August 11, 2020 VC with good friend Mare and was immediately dragged into HCOM VC. Upon my joining Ganger90 said “who is legoman? lol hes def not hcom here.” I would go on to attend every single battle of the Eagre Foray war, as well as earn First Responder and lead a few tactics about Cliff being 14. I loved the war and to this date it’s one of my favorite wars I’ve participated in. I would soon go on to match the recruiting of Ganger90 and average 50+ recruits every day of that war garnering my promotion to Third-In-Command. I would VC lead battles and got Troop of the Week for two months straight and would be promoted to Second-In-Command shortly thereafter. By February 7, 2021, I was made the 71st Commander-In-Chief by an election in the army, this was one day after I led the first ever HTML5 practice battle. For my entire first month of leadership SWATs max did not dip below 25. We then fought against Templars in month long war that we won.

“hes def not hcom here”

This is a picture from Operation: Templaria Aka the 10th Great Holy War.

ggogle: Oh wow! What are your accomplishments in Club Penguin Armies? What are some new goals you might want to accomplish?

Lego: My accomplishments are quite lengthy – as evidenced on my tyrannical eccentric penguin – so I’ll stick to the most important ones. I was the first leader of SWAT to have us reach #1 in the CPPS Era after almost 7 years. I was the first SWAT Godfather to be inducted in the CPPS Era. I led SWAT to max 67 USUK and 48 AUSIA throughout my tenure and brought SWAT to be one of the warmongers of the community. In 2023 SWAT had Third Place in most battles only losing to the First-Place winners by five battles. I was voted SWATs Best Commander of 2023 as well as Most Achieved, Best Designer and Best Recruiter for the year of 2022. As far as community wide achievements, I have been dubbed Person of the Year Runner-Up for two consecutive years, as “The Tenacious Target” in 2022 and “The Duke of Infamy” in 2023. In addition, I was voted Best S/M Army Leader 3 consecutive summers, as well as finally being recognized as a S/M Army Legend Nominee in 2023 among my many vast trophies I have accrued from various armies. I have no future goals for Club Penguin Armies, I am retired and have accomplished more than most in my 3-Year tenure. I have been in talk with SWAT Veteran Firestar08 about certain things but only time will heed that result.

Various Awards of Legoman.

ggogle: Look at you Mr. Achiever! Are there any stories you want to share with your time in SWAT?

Lego: There are many stories, but I believe this is one of my personal favorites. Throughout my leadership in 2023 I sought to give each troop a compliment after every event to recognize them for all of their help. After one event I asked if anyone wanted to do compliments for a change, this resulted in Ggogle, Akio, Mickey Mouse among others bickering over who would get to compliment everyone. That was a very wholesome moment for me personally to see the staff really want to recognize all of their fellow SWAT troops. Another story would be 2021 where Firestar08 and I held the best AUSIA event ever, as well as our John Walker takeovers with SWAT Godfather Stare3000. Speaking of Stare3000 who many know as Oli, they once told me that as one of SWATs first troops they never felt comfortable leaving the army because they didn’t know if it would survive. They told me they didn’t ready to leave until they saw my dedication and knew I would do everything in my power to keep SWAT afloat. They retired and deleted discord altogether the next day, and I was promoted to Commander-In-Chief. Other funny moments include Monkey Dance Swag, Ninjago takeover, Mare doing her nails during a battle, Destiny770, Aubz being a queen, my first coup in 2021 and the funny LEGO videos I made as a result, recruiting my 79-year-old grandpa Poppy, and of course the living legend JoeyJumanji3208.

Lego was given Commander 02/07/21 with a post along interviewing him in 2021. If you want to read it Check it out here! After a year or so, Lego is inducted as a Legend along with Coolguy. Click here to read about it!

While I don’t have any photo to show of Lego complementing people, from personal experience he has done it many times and did complement EVERYONE who played for the battle in VC. Got to be a very heartwarming story.

Real footage of Legoman going into office.

ggogle: Some fun stories!! What is something you want people to know about yourself?

Lego:
I sing, and I sing well. I have had the honor of performing at CFG Bank Arena in 2024 with Opera Legend Andrea Bocceli, the World Culture Festival in Washington DC in 2023, I was the first person to ever represent my old high school at the International Thespian Festival in 2022. I work in the Music Department of my school as well as being employed as the Bass Section Leader of a local church and working as a member of a caroling group which goes to various retirement homes across the DMV area spreading cheer. I have sung in English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Latin and Hebrew, and continue to explore the vast range music has to offer.

A video of Lego singing.

Look at that! Lego gave an amazing response to every answer! Thank you, Lego, for your time and responding to me. Well. there you have it! Lego wanted me to add “Add something about Aisha meowing for attention and being my ewife.” There you go. Lego has shown and told us that he has accomplished a lot through his time in Club Penguin. He is currently the only SWAT Godfather of the CPPS As he stated he is currently retired but time will tell what happens! We will get back on that soon. This is the first Interview from me so if you like it, be supportive or something! Until next time, ggogle out!

Unfortunately, CPAJ did not identify SWAT getting the size of 8 for the very short period of time. CPAJ has verified a max of 7. SWAT could not manage to take an event picture of 7, either. Thus, a picture of 6 is shown in this article. Please consider the max of 7 or 8, as appropriate.

In conclusion, the week portrayed us rising, and shall wish our future endeavors!

Concluding February 2024

February 2024 was themed on a mountainous adventure in regard to Sensei. The month belonged to Season 2: Near North. As the month commenced, the Club Penguin Armies (CPA) army league organization pointed out a multilogging event committed by SWAT Fifth-in-Command DorukHolmes as spotlight discovery.

The early period of the month was not quite eventful. However, SWAT saw practice battles against the Dark Vikings. In the midst of the month, the Division Command elections began. Around this time, several new members were enlisted, mostly members with rich experience with Club Penguin armies in the past. SWAT on Fandom gained more activity, and started out by creating templates and writing more articles.

In the latter of the month, the SWAT Corporation started working on several initiatives, including the Constituent Assembly and Staff Weekly Schedules. The winners of the Division Command elections, too, were decided, and were promoted to their acquired positions. Around this time, the Corporation started creating plans for the month of March, and worked over the Organizational Plans 2024.

Introducing Season 4

As doors to Season 3 conclude. The community welcomes Season 4 as its theme was highly anticipating. The month’s theme is quite intriguing.

Introducing Season 4! For the month of March 2024, SWAT experiences The Avalanche as the continuation of the story. Till now, SWAT has composed a well-written and well-constructed story.

Please read the story of Season 3!

The poster of Season 4.

Constitutional Reforms

The Constitution of SWAT will be reformed entirely. A constituent assembly was set up in February 2024, so as to promote inclusiveness among our senior troops. Channels have been set up in the Corporation to permit discussion and debate in lieu of any article or section presented. This makes the power of the Constitution more decentralized, fair, and its content well thought.

The existing version of the constitution will still operate, until the newer one is implemented.

The SWAT Corporation Examination

The Corporation will no longer hand out promotions to members under the Staff-in-Training rank, without having the Corporation’s examination completed. The examination requires you to profile about yourself so the Corporation can identify you. And, it also asks several questions. It should ideally take around 5 minutes to complete. The examination is quite simple, and scores are assigned as soon as you complete the examination.

The SWAT Corporation Veteran Unit

The Corporation has implemented a veteran unit. This is a prestigious unit that connects with veterans of the army, and sends invitations to its veterans for massive events. The idea was thought of in lieu of SWAT’s 15th Anniversary. For this milestone, we want to include as many troops as possible, with past troops included. SWAT’s 15th Anniversary event is on Sunday, 7th July 2024. The event timings will be voted upon, and will be kept in the EU event timezone division.

Introducing SWAT Badges

Extending the hand of love of reward and gratitude, the Corporation has introduced SWAT Badges that SWAT troops may claim! Earning these badges require merit and effort. And, we have faith that every troop will get the badge they desire!

Division Tournament: Radiant Rivalry

Lately, it has been anticipated within the SWAT community that a division tournament is coming up very soon. In response to this, the Corporation has decided to set up SWAT’s first modern division tournament. This tournament has been entitled Radiant Rivalry.

Tournament announcement on the tablet screen.
The banner of the tournament.

Date and Time

All events will belong to the EU timezone, and will occur every Sunday for the duration of the tournament.

  1. 17th March 2024, 05:00 PM UTC
  2. 24th March 2024, 05:00 PM UTC
  3. 31st March 2024, 05:00 PM UTC

Please note that a major tournament, March Madness IX, will also occur this month. In lieu of this, we may change dates and times accordingly.

Major SWAT Bot Updates

During the month of February 2024, bot developer SWAT Commander-in-Chief Fun X Time reworked and repaired many features of the bot, and added new ones. In addition to this, the Corporation also hired two helpers who engage in the development and production of the bot. These two helpers are SWAT Second-in-Command Zooy and SWAT Sergeant Commando DorukHolmes. Updates introduced or to be introduced this month are highlighted below.

  1. Improvement of Interactions: Interactions such as clicking a button or submitting a modal form in Discord are now faster. Earlier, the bot used to find which interaction one uses from a list of interactions, and continues only after it has checked every interaction. Now, the bot stops iterating the list of interactions once it finds what it needs.
  2. Speedy Actions: Using a command will not slow the bot down. It executes lesser triggers. This is because we have merged several commands into one internal trigger. Commands remain visibly unaffected.
  3. Repaired DM Reminders: DM reminders sent from the bot have been fixed. They also have been updated to the latest event information provision standards.
  4. Repaired Certan Critical Event Issues: Certain issues caused by the SWAT Bot during events has been fixed. However, we may still be having certain issues. Please do not forget to contact us in regard to those!
  5. Added Commands: Several commands have been added to the bot, and are listed below.
    • staffQuests:
A command to see quests for members of the Staff-in-Training rank to get promoted.
    • topic or tpic:
Fetches a randomized topic to converse on, some of which are related to SWAT.
    • cpitem or ai:
Fetches information on a Club Penguin (CP) or Club Penguin Army Battleground (CPAB) item through certain item databases.
    • gameserver or gs:
Fetches or sets the in-game server for a Club Penguin event.
    • cpab:
Sends the link to Club Penguin Army Battleground in chat beautifully.
    • badges:
      Shows badges you have acquired.
    • guide:
Creates an interactive guide or walk-through for enlisted members.
    • vote:
Sends links to various Discord server lists where one can vote for SWAT’s Discord server.
    • rform:
Prompts a random form to invoke.
    • promocode:
Claim a promotional code you have found.
  6. Added Non-mentioning Flag: Append --noping to a command to avoid mentioning or pinging event attendees when invoking event-related prompts.

Upcoming Census

An upcoming census will be conducted soon, where we will try to reach as many troops as possible. The census will primarily cover:

  • Event Timings, Frequency, and Days
  • Common Concerns
  • Prioritization
  • Feedback Collection for SWAT’s Website
  • Feedback Collection for SWAT Bot

The census is anticipated to occur around 15th March 2024.

Summary

  • Season 4 has been introduced.
  • Constitutional reforms took place.
  • The SWAT Corporation Examination was highlighted.

SWAT Story: Season 3: Near North

The great community of Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) presents you the second edition of Club Penguin stories. This post unravels the story of a tragic blackout caused by an opposition who had returned.

Please note that this is a story inspired from Club Penguin. It is not the actual story. It may contain scenes from Club Penguin, and may be rephrased or reordered.

Previous in Series: SWAT Story: Season 2: The Luminescence

Season 3: Near North

Sensei is an ordinary penguin. He felt quite lonely in Town. He left for the mountains. The mountains were located near the northern mountains of Club Penguin Island. He met Tusk, and thereafter used to spend a lot of time with his new friend. They used to play snow fights together.

One day, when Tusk made a snow penguin, Sensei made a snow statue of the future dojo. Tusk seemed bitter at this, sensing Sensei would later become more involved in it and that Sensei was better at this than he. He became jealous and angry. Sensei and Tusk trained to master the elements together. They dreamed of standing side by side, leading and training future ninja penguins. He and Sensei were friends, but their relationship had a competitive side. Tusk could not master the delicate moves of Sensei. They chose to have a battle on a snowy cliff. Tusk instigated it by throwing a snowball at Sensei, who threw Tusk against a wall with snow. Tusk used his power to create an enormous snowball, displaying his true power over snow. He threw it at Sensei, but once it hit him, Sensei used the power in the ball and threw it back. The force of Tusk hitting the wall caused an avalanche, in which Tusk was buried and trapped in a cave in the side of the mountain. Sensei looked for him, but found only a piece of his tusk. He departed sadly, and vowed to teach Card-Jitsu to penguins so they could use the elements wisely. Tusk presumed Sensei had left not caring for him, and turned bitter. He sadly sat buried in the snow, then began to dig himself out.

Learning from this tragic incident, Sensei set off to open the Dojo. He found and settled at a perfect location on the Mountain. As he looked at the beautiful landscape from the Mountain, he saw the entire island from a great height. He also enjoyed the northern lights, or auroras. He completed the task anonymously. He hid himself there, and mastered the elements. Soon, the Great Storm of 2008 hit the island. In response to the storm, Sensei dug out the Dojo. Several penguins joined in the task and assisted Sensei, although none was aware of his identity.

Meanwhile, on the island, chaos riddled as the storm ascended to several regions. EPF calls SWAT to resolve several tragedies that have occurred on the island due to the storm. “We need to dig out some penguins from the mountain,” said the Director, “We need to put water on fire that has lit across several locations on the island.” The agents agreed to fulfill this responsibility carefully. The Director sends several EPF agents, as well. The agents put water on fire, and fire on snow. Sensei was greatly educated from this news.

Sensei ought to dig out the Dojo, and allows penguins to be trained. He helps the penguins master the elements. During the reconstruction of the Dojo, none was aware of his identity. They continue to help this stranger. He has made new friends. Sensei portrays his experience and claims that he has had a long journey near north!

To be continued with Season 4 on 31st March 2024.

Season 2: The Luminescence

It is the first dawn of the month of January 2024 and the year 2024 itself! Snow is everywhere. It is not as cold as it was under Herbert‘s tyranny of Club Penguin Island, though!

“My lamp,” exclaimed Aunt Arctic aloud. Filled with hysteria, Aunt Arctic immediately reports another case to the EPF. At the Book Room, there is one beautiful lamp that provides Aunt Arctic the luminescence she needs to author creative newspapers and other literary works. Without it, Aunt Arctic feels like she is lone in the room. The lamp is a great companion to her, and holds history. Every festival has experienced the lamp taking up roles in most scenes. The lamp has met puffles, the lamp has climbed mountains together, the lamp has been lit on most holidays, and the lamp has been a support to many literary works.

While Aunt Arctic takes the last bite of pizza she wanted to eat in peace, EPF and SWAT agents received the call on the Spy Phone. They immediately reached to the Book Room. The Book Room is a very prestigious room, unlike many others all over Club Penguin Island. It has been the source of mischief, text, research, leadership, relationship and love. Aunt Arctic proceeds to describe the lamp’s appearance to the agents. “The lamp is golden, and almost cylindrical. You have partook in many festivals, and I anticipate that you are aware of its appearance.”

Rookie questions, “Did you see anything else other than pizzas today?” Aunt Arctic mentions that she has seen footprints of a polar bear. Quickly, the EPF agents sense the culprit. Jet Pack Guy proceeds, “Are you thinking what I am thinking?”

The footprints descend to the outskirts of Club Penguin Island. As the agents walk along the trail, they make up a tale behind this mystery. At the end of the trail, they realize they have reached the Ski Hill. The trail stopped at an the cliff of Ski Hill. The agents say that the culprit used a sled to climb off the hill. They continue to descend the hill, till they find a spot where they may find further clues, whilst Aunt Arctic feels fascinated by their work.

“A box of hot sauce,” exclaimed Rookie, “Does the culprit feel too cold on an Island with not-so-cold climate?” Indeed, the fact presented by Rookie is quite amusing. It is a good question, however. The agents find more clues and align the odds. According to their findings, it appears that a box of sauce was used for warmth, along with wood and sticks to lit up a fire. These were not found under a tree, indicating that the person did not wish to stay under shelter, but rather wanted to take rest under sunlight. The agents consider that the culprit may arrive at this spot in a while, for none would leave such resources in cold weather.

Herbert appears in the scene. He is far away, on the other side of a lake. Rookie enjoys the landscape and asserts, “That character with a lamp looks heroic in winter! Does not the Sun oppose the luminescence?” The agents did not understand Rookie‘s unnecessary comment. However, it caused a crucial twist in the mystery. Aunt Arctic questions, “Wait, is it the culprit with my lamp?” Herbert does not need hot sauce and campfire when a lamp can do the trick! The lamp is phenomenal, and can give a lot of heat. It appears that Herbert has found the lamp’s utility, after criticizing and exposing the uselessness of all of Aunt Arctic‘s possessions.

Herbert escapes the scene in haste and hysteria, dropping the lamp, and momentarily raced away. The Director commends the agents for their cooperation, “The luminescence returns!”

To be continued with Season 3 on 29th February 2024.
